The story behind Peak
A new chapter for Brian Guss.
For Brian, seafood has a family connection. His grandfather immigrated to the United States and worked for his uncle at Palace Seafood in Seattle.
After 30 years in corporate America, Brian saw an opportunity to bring more of the seafood he admired on the California coast to Colorado.
He is building Peak Fish Co. with a team of California distributors helping him enter the Colorado market, starting with live California spiny lobster and spot prawns.
His aim is simple: build a seafood business that Colorado’s restaurants, seafood markets and grocers can turn to for quality and freshness.
