Peak Fish, LLC, trading as Peak Fish Co., operates this site and handles your details as described below.

When you request an account we store your business name, your name, email, phone and ZIP, anything you write in the note, and the internet address and browser the request came from, which we use only to keep out spam.

When an account is opened we store the email and password you sign in with, your orders, and a record of what was done on the account and when. We use these to supply, deliver and invoice you.

When we deliver and when you pay we store your delivery and billing addresses, the name of whoever received the delivery and their signature — signed on our phone, or a photo of the signed paper ticket — and a record of each payment: the date, the amount, whether it was cash, check, transfer or card, and a check number or reference. We never store a card number or a bank account number. If you apply for trade credit we store what you put on the application, including your trade references; we do not store Social Security numbers.

The weekly list goes only to accounts that asked for it, and every copy carries a link to stop it.

Who holds it. The services that run this site, keep its database and sign-in, and send our email hold your details for us and for nothing else. The database and sign-in are hosted in the United States. Our web host also counts page visits and measures how fast pages load. These tools don't use cookies and don't identify individual visitors. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else.

In your browser this site sets no cookies. It keeps a sign-in token so you stay signed in; signing out removes it.

How long. Seven years, which is how long we keep sales records. Your name and phone are yours to change on your account page. To see, correct or delete anything else we hold, including a request that never became an account, call (720) 258-6034.
